Western Rock Products’ history began in Cedar City, Utah in 1967 when Jack Whiting founded the business. Eventually, Western Rock Products located its main operation to St. George, Utah while maintaining Cedar City operations. In 2002, through an acquisition, Western Rock Products joined the CRH team while continuing to grow within the market through acquisitions of Kaneco, Hancock, Dixie, and JR Ready Mix in 2007 and 2008.
