ICHBA Spring Home & Garden Fair Door Prize Giveaway

Official Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility:
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to win.

2. How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway, participants must visit a minimum of 40 vendor booths at the Spring Home & Garden Fair. At each booth, entrants must scan a QR code and enter their email address to qualify for the prize drawing.

3. Prize Details:
The prize for the giveaway is a Green Mountain Ledge Prime 2.0 WiFi Pellet Grill. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other item.

4. Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Giveaway winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the drawing date, and must pick up grill at Southwest Plumbing Supply in Cedar City, Utah. If the winner does not respond within 7 days after the notification is sent, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Privacy Policy:
By entering the contest, participants agree to be added to the Iron Country Spring Home & Garden Fair's email marketing list, and can opt-out at any time. No information will be sold or transferred to third parties.

6. Release and Limitations of Liability:
By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless the giveaway organizers, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.

7. Sponsor:
The giveaway is sponsored by Southwest Plumbing Supply in Cedar City, Utah.
